Programme de la formation

Jour 1 – Matin

1. Définir les concepts de base en biostatistiques
  • Les notions de population et d’échantillon
  • La statistique descriptive
  • L’échantillonnage
  • L’estimation statistique
  • Les intervalles de confiance
  • Les tests d’hypothèse

Jour 1 – Après-midi

2. Identifier et utiliser les méthodes de comparaison
  • Les tests de comparaison de proportions
  • Les méthodes de comparaison de fréquences
  • Les méthodes de comparaison de distributions

Jour 2 – Matin

3. Utiliser les méthodes de statistique univariée
  • La comparaison de moyennes : approche paramétrique
  • La comparaison de moyennes : approche non-paramétrique
  • L’établissement d’un arbre statistique
4. Utiliser les méthodes de statistique bivariée
  • La relation entre deux variables quantitatives
  • La relation entre deux variables qualitatives

Jour 2 – Après-midi

5. Définir et utiliser les concepts de base de l’analyse de survie
  • L’estimateur de Kaplan-Meier
  • La régression de Cox

Pédagogie

Méthodes pédagogiques :

Alternance de méthodes pédagogiques variées, adaptées aux différentes compétences à acquérir. Des cours magistraux permettront aux stagiaires d'acquérir les connaissances théoriques nécessaires, tandis que des travaux pratiques leur permettront de se familiariser avec les techniques d'analyse et de diagnostic utilisées en médecine vétérinaire. Des études de cas seront également proposées, afin d'encourager les stagiaires à développer leur esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.

Modalités d’évaluation :

Une évaluation formative sera réalisée tout au long du programme afin de permettre aux formateurs de fournir un retour régulier aux participants et de les aider à progresser dans leur apprentissage. Elle pourra prendre la forme d'exercices pratiques, de discussions de groupe ou de QCM.
